Winning hospitality marketing
Wyndham Cayman is one of our best examples of hospitality marketing. With the launch of a new website and rightsized digital marketing, we helped one of the Caribbean’s most well-known resorts dramatically improve direct booking results.
Search engine optimization (seo)
Organic search is where most resort travel research starts, so SEO has been a core focus. Our efforts to optimize the website for SEO resulted in a 20% lift in organic traffic at launch, with successive months reaching up to 100% year-over-year organic traffic growth. SEO-driven traffic spends more time on site, views more pages and bounces less (lower bounce rate) than any other source of traffic.
Paid social media advertising optimization
From a paid advertising standpoint, we’ve optimized Wyndham Cayman’s Facebook and Instagram campaigns and have driven substantial campaign savings. And with a conversion-optimized, sleek new website, that’s driven stronger ROI.
So good, they make the CFO blush. Conversions are way up with over 5X the number of booking button clicks on the previous site. SEO and paid campaigns are the number one and two sources for converting traffic and are far outpacing the investment from a direct book revenue standpoint.
"In March, I called Carl on a Saturday and told him that we needed a website up for a new brand in ten days. They delivered and we won a multi million dollar grocery contract because of it. They are our absolute go-to digital partners and I can’t say enough about how much we value the partnership"— Meg Leung, General Manager, MD Science/Swiss Navy Brands
"The ARSENL team has been a great partner to us for the past four years. They show true passion for the YMCA brand and are always available no matter when we call or what we need. Our best membership campaign results have come with ARSENL as a key digital advertising partner."— Danene Jaffe, Senior Vice President, YMCA South Florida
"I’m thrilled with ARSENL’s work on Cayman Visitor and on our Wyndham property. We’re well-positioned to capitalize on the rebound in tourism traffic as the Caribbean reopens post-COVID. We love collaborating with the team and find their insights and ideas invaluable"— Sharlene Brenkus, General Manager, Wyndham Cayman
