Medicine Mama’s is an established skin care brand and a part of the growing Fem Care industry. Mama’s ‘Skin Care For Down There’ V Care line has taken off and is now the primary product focus of this organic skin care company. Our job? Help the brand attract and convert more customers through ecommerce.

We started at the point of conversion with Shopify ecommerce site navigation and design updates, and the integration of a subscription option at the point of purchase. This helped significantly increase the subscription take rate.

Email is an important channel for nurturing personal care consumers, so we re-platformed the brand from MailChimp to Klaviyo and instituted nearly 100 automated emails in drip sequences covering pre-purchase, cross-sell/upsell and win backs. The result? A 260% increase in email revenue in the first month after implementation.

On the media side, we’ve helped the brand find ways to increase Return On Ad Spend and lower customer acquisition costs through changes in the digital advertising channel mix and continued optimization of online campaigns - all while growing the Medicine Mama’s brand to new revenue benchmarks.
