Our process included detailed planning and documentation, formal usability testing and best-in-class coding. Launched in mid-2017, the early results show that users are consuming the site’s unique content and signing up for new accounts at a record pace.
Content Driven By Artificial Intelligence
A core component of the site is the integrated Marketo Content Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) engine that utilizes content personalization to convert more site visitors to new account sign ups. As users browse content on the site, Marketo mines real-time user data and recommends the content that is most likely to convert.
Today, all banks are struggling to get ahead of 2018 Americans With Disabilities Act rules regarding website accessibility. For myebanc.com, we achieved Level 2 ADA compliance through special coding and testing to ensure that legally blind users can access the site with an audio ‘reader’.
